We aim at establishing a development business through an Interdisciplinary Approach and we are committed to the practical application of the interrelated Quadruple Bottom Line Concept (4P’s)

PROJECTS
EquityLAB was established in 2018 by Architect + Entrepreneur Elisa Lanzutti.
As Archipreneurs, we seek investment opportunities on:

backland sites – small pockets of forgotten land and unused lots in established communities to regenerate the entire surrounding by adding value through skillful design

adaptive reuse projects, redevelopment of unattractive properties, infill of city leftovers that are full of potential to be unlocked
Our developments follow a process and often take time and effort of multiple parties. We learn about the areas we work in and form Collaborations in order to make projects a reality.
The goal is to design interesting projects with high architectural quality and with good occupational performances for an adequate return of investment. In this sense we can offer more individually designed buildings for our clients with a specific attention to comfort, affordability and environmental impact which make them more sustainable.
