Next Project

This project involved the complete remodeling of an existing house with a very outdated layout.

The new program aimed at the rationalization of the spaces according to a contemporary way of living, including the provision of new services and additional bathrooms spaces.

The entire renovation focused on the minimal alteration of the building for the reduction of the work involved; smart intervention due to budget contraints; the preservation of the original features and, where needed, the integration of the existing finishes and elements with a more modern style for the upgraded portion of the intervention.
