Contrast between light and dark, cold and warm colors; smooth and rough surfaces; soft and bright lights provide a very contemporary and urban look. Open concept, functional layouts and a variety of sizes (studio, 1 or 2 bedroom and duplex) have been designed to fit all different user needs in a very efficient way.

The use of the natural light has been promoted to achieve a bright and positive feeling that welcomes the residents at the entrance. Natural ventilation is designed for some flats in addition to more traditional cooling systems. Roof gardens, terraces and winter gardens are provided to every flat to expand the living space and promote the outdoor stay.
